Grammy can't wait to get out there this summer and hug my darling grandson...he needs to rest up so that we can play all day while Mommy and Daddy go to work....Grandpa and Grandma have big plans for us and Isaac!!!
Welcome to our blog! We are excited to grow our Team Nicol. This blog is dedicated to sharing our journey of adoption from Ethiopia... Join our journey as we trust God to unite us with our baby!
If you could touch the orphans of the world through us, what would you have us do?
2 Corinthians 4:7 But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us.
Ephesians 1:4-5 For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he predestined us to be adopted as his sons through Jesus Christ in accordance with his pleasure and will.
Ephesians 2:10 For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
James 1:27 Regligion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.
John 14:18 I will not leave you as orphans, I will come to you.
John 15:5 I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.
Matthew 25:45 He will reply, I tell you the truth, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.
Psalm 68:5-6 A Father to the Fathless, a defender of widows, is God in his holy dwelling. God sets the lonely in families...

He's adorable! His smile seems to never leave his face. What a blessing to have each other. How's the adjustment to new parenthood going?
